Our focus for this retreat will be on shadow work, which is why we decided on the name “Embrace Your Shadow”! We will delve into shadow work, noticing and loving your shadows, and will include processes to work through forgiveness (of not only others, but also forgiveness of ourselves) and abundance. We are also led by God/Spirit/the Universe and allow for adjustments in what we are teaching to be made based on the needs of the group.
